The Falcon Review

Sighted first, seized decisively.

Inside the Kyiv holding that keeps five financial disciplines under one accountable file, instead of five disconnected advisors.

Most clients who arrive at CLG Silver Falcon -Kyiv LLC have already tried the alternative: a wealth manager here, a corporate lawyer there, a real estate broker somewhere else entirely, none of them aware of what the others are doing. It works, until the day it doesn't — until a holding restructure quietly undoes a piece of a wealth plan nobody flagged, or a real estate position turns out to be financed in a way the trade desk never reviewed.

Silver Falcon was built to close that gap. The Kyiv-based holding operates across five standing disciplines — wealth and asset management, corporate holding and structuring, trade finance advisory, real estate holdings, and strategic investment advisory — and tracks every client relationship as a single file, however many of those five disciplines it eventually touches.

“A change in one bearing almost always has consequences in another. The point of one file is to catch that before it becomes a problem, not after.”

The name is deliberate. A falcon's advantage isn't strength — it's sight. From altitude, it reads the whole field at once and commits only when the line to the target is clear. That is the posture the holding tries to keep: broad enough oversight to see how a client's positions interact, and disciplined enough not to move until the scope of an instruction is actually settled.

In practice this means slower starts and faster middles. A new mandate begins with a scan across whichever bearings are relevant, even when the client only asked about one of them — which is where the "why" of the model tends to become obvious to a client for the first time.

Five bearings, one sight line.

A working guide to what each discipline actually covers, and the kind of instruction that typically opens each file.

The five bearings are not a menu clients pick from once. Most relationships open on a single bearing and widen over time, as the holding's oversight surfaces work in an adjacent discipline the client hadn't originally scoped in.

Bearing N

Wealth & Asset Management

Ongoing management of client wealth and assets across the holding, including periodic review of exposure, liquidity and objectives as circumstances change.

Typical opening instruction: a portfolio review, or a liquidity question ahead of a larger decision.

Bearing NE

Corporate Holding & Structuring

Structuring and administration of corporate holding vehicles, including setting up and maintaining the entities through which a client's other bearings operate.

Typical opening instruction: setting up a holding entity, or reviewing one that already exists.

Bearing SE

Trade Finance & Advisory

Advisory and finance support for cross-border trade activity, including reviewing counterparties, financing arrangements and settlement risk.

Typical opening instruction: a counterparty or financing structure review ahead of a trade.

Bearing S

Real Estate Holdings

Holding and oversight of real estate assets within the group, including tracking performance and coordinating with the relevant holding structure.

Typical opening instruction: bringing an existing property position under formal oversight.

Bearing W

Strategic Investment Advisory

Advisory support on strategic investment decisions across the group, drawing on the other four bearings to inform the recommendation.

Typical opening instruction: a recommendation on a decision that touches more than one bearing at once.

Method — Page 03

The hunt, in four stages.

Every mandate, regardless of bearing, is run through the same cycle — a discipline borrowed, loosely, from how a falcon actually hunts.

The four-stage cycle below is less a marketing device than an internal checklist. Every file is expected to show evidence of each stage before it closes, which is what keeps a mandate consistent even after it has expanded across two or three bearings.

Scan

Survey

The market or matter is scanned for the opportunity or risk that triggered the instruction, before any commitment is made.

  • Initial review of the client's position and objective
  • Identification of which bearing or bearings are in scope
  • Early flag of anything that would change the approach
Target

Identify

A specific instruction or opportunity is identified and scoped clearly enough to act on, with the client's sign-off before execution begins.

  • Defined scope of work and expected outcome
  • Agreement on the structure or vehicle to be used
  • Client confirmation before proceeding
Dive

Execute

The instruction is executed with speed and precision under the applicable bearing, coordinating with other bearings where the mandate crosses more than one.

  • Execution against the agreed scope
  • Coordination across bearings where relevant
  • Interim updates on anything material
Secure

Report

Outcomes are secured, documented and reported back to the client, closing the file or setting the next review point.

  • Final report on the outcome against the original scope
  • Documentation retained on file
  • Next review point agreed where the mandate is ongoing

Guide — Page 05

How a mandate begins.

What actually happens between sending a message and the Scan stage of the cycle beginning.

01

Initial message

You describe the matter and which bearing it most likely falls under. This does not need to be precise — the intake review will confirm scope.

02

Intake review

Your message is logged and reviewed to confirm which bearing, or bearings, apply and whether the group is a fit for the mandate.

03

Scoping call

If there's a fit, a scoping conversation follows to agree the scope, before the four-stage cycle described on page 03 begins.
